Starting off at the gym : new years resolution

If you haven’t exercised for awhile and wish to start back at the gym then the best thing is to take it slowly. Rushing to do 20 hours in the first week will only cause you to loose momentum and your more likely to quite rather then carry on long term. Small amounts of exercise on a regular basis is key – at the gym if you decide to start using the treadmill then rather than try and run 2 miles in on hit start of slowly. Do 10 mins of running followed by some weights to help tone the muscles and then perhaps some more cardio exercise.
