Eating 5 pieces of fruit and veg a day

Eating well during any stage of your life is key to how you’ll feel. It’s a given fact that if someone eats fatty foods, snacks on foods with high fat and sugar content then they are more likely to feel sluggish and lethargic. This is a circle where if they feel like this then they are less likely to feel the urge to exercise and as a result they will start putting on the pounds. Someone on the other hand who eats healthy foods including fruit and vegetables, will have more energy and as a result will be more likely to carry out a more active routine helping keep the weight steady.
