The break-up diet
Friday, October 29th, 2010The breakup diet is always one of the quickest and most effective. When you break up with your significant other you undoubtedly go through different phases. The first will be shock, the second will be desperation, the third will be anger, the fourth will be disappointment, the fifth will be ignorance and the sixth will be realisation. Throughout these phases you will not be hungry. My friend has just broken up with her boyfriend and has lost three pounds in the past three days because she had a muller yogurt all day yesterday and a banana the day before and they had to be force fed to her. This is not fun though and you revert to comfort eating afterwards.
