Snickers chocolate bar can give your health a beating?

Thursday, July 29th, 2010

Sugar
A snickers bar holds dangerous amounts of sugar in fact to be more precise we are talking about six and half tea spoonfuls. This is extreme amount than the regular body needs. However there is reason for placing this much in as it causes addiction, cravings etc

Fat
Well assume the sugar above if not burned off through exercise will turn into fat. It gets worse though one bar contains 15% of your recommended daily allowance which is pretty much 16.5g in another way of looking at it. Surprisingly enough this increases chances of heart disease.

Masses of chocolate n nuts are included which don’t help either.
